Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant one. The room, though not ready until after 4 pm, turned out to be much larger than expected with a massive, comfy bed that you never want to leave. However, the room wasn't as spectacular as I had anticipated. The service was exceptional, from the extremely friendly and helpful staff, making my experience a pleasure. The location was convenient, close to Eyre square if you drive, and they even provide transportation for those who don't. The dining experience had its shortcomings, with delays and issues with the replenishment of items. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, but there were a few hiccups along the way.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was perfect with a nice view, but the rooms overlooking the car park were a bit underwhelming for a 5-star hotel. The service was friendly and helpful, although a bit noisy at times. The dining experience was enjoyable, but there were some minor issues with the offerings. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were amazing, beautifully clean and warm with a massive bathtub, but it felt slightly cold at times. The service was mostly lovely, with prompt assistance for extra amenities, but there was a rude staff member who lacked a welcoming attitude. The location, although disappointing for a 5-star place, still required some travel to the city center. The dining experience was huge with delicious options, but some basic items like toast weren't automatically included. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor flaws.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were nice and clean, although slightly overpriced for what you get. The staff was friendly and helpful, but seemed a bit rushed at times. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the town center, and the dining experience was satisfactory with good options available. However, the TV in the room was smaller than expected for a 5-star hotel.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of fantastic and disappointing experiences. The room was fantastic with a very comfortable bed, perfect room temperature, and an excellent shower, although it lacked some elements expected for a 5-star rating. The service was overall very nice, but there were some issues with additional charges for facilities. The location was good, but there were some drawbacks like a bit of a distance from the city. The dining was a delight with various options, though there were some minor issues. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel offers great service and a comfortable stay. The rooms were excellent, unfortunately without a minibar, and it was a bit too hot. I can't wait to visit Galway again for a vacation mode to enjoy such fantastic service. The rooms were very comfortable with a lovely bathroom.
The hotel had spacious and clean rooms, which were beautiful and warm at check-in. It was a positive experience to finally have one with heating on. The overall service was just wonderful and the staff stood out as extremely professional and attentive. The location was within easy walking distance of the city center, with a lovely meal option in Gigi's restaurant and the convenience of a Courtesy car for transport. However, the lack of a view and being in a retail industrial park were disappointing. The dining options were good, offering a buffet and a varied menu, along with a great location for food during the day and evening. The facilities were modern and satisfying, adding to the overall experience.
The hotel greeted me with a worn-out appearance that wasn't quite up to par with what a 5-star hotel should offer. The room had visible signs of wear and tear, such as stains on the carpets, a falling bath panel, and a subpar shower. Additionally, there were scummy stains around the sink tiles. However, the exceptional service from the attentive, friendly, and helpful staff, along with the delectable dining options, made my stay enjoyable. The location, while convenient for accessing Galway city, felt somewhat isolated in a retail park. Despite a few shortcomings, the hotel provided a good night's stay overall.
The hotel offered beautiful, spacious, and comfortable rooms overlooking the carpark. The service was superb with welcoming and friendly staff. The location, though slightly outside the city center, provided a serene setting overlooking an estuary of the Atlantic Ocean. The dining experience was delicious with a variety of options, but some aspects could be improved. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and lovely rooms.
